CZ 75 SP-01

According to CZ USA, the CZ 75 SP-01 is the first full-size handgun in their line-up to feature the same technology and ergonomics of the CZ 75 Compact P-01 model. This means that it features things like the 1913 accessory rail, rubber grip panels, CZ’s corrosion resistant finish, and others. The full size pistol, chambered in 9mm, lacks nothing its counterparts already have.

This pistol was specifically designed with law enforcement and military use in mind, serving as a duty sidearm, which makes it great for concealment in a CZ SP-01 Kydex holster. Features

The CZ 75 SP-01 features a double/single action platform with a crisp trigger pull of approximately 5-6lbs. It has an extended beaver tail to allow the hand to grip the pistol high, without risk of injury and utilizes the grip contour from the P-01. Reviewers rave about “just how great it feels in the hand.” CZ attributes this to the “grip geometry” of the P-01 which allows for a “deeper and more secure grip.” The grip itself, as previously stated, is a checkered rubber, with more checkering on both the front and back straps.

This pistol also comes with an integrated 1913 accessory rail, which not only serves to mount your favorite tactical lights, lasers, and accessories, but also helps redistribute the weight of the pistol. This redistribution reduces felt recoil, which not only saves the hand and wrist, but also allows for faster follow-up shots and more rapid target acquisition and transition.
