The box my items were shipped in has cutout tabs, what is this for?

The box was designed to be used at the range, along with all the other items. Simply remove your items, unfold the box completely, and you can use it as the hanging back board for your targets.

Are these items from the box ONLY available to the subscribers?

Our Clinger Holster targets are on the site for purchase, however, the rest of the items only come with the subscription box, including a monthly special target and the reactive target.

Does my S.H.O.T. Box subscription go towards my loyalty points purchases?

Active subscriber accounts will recieve 3X bonus loyalty points on your account for all purchases, including what you spend on S.H.O.T. boxes.

When can I expect my box to ship?

Boxes ship 1-2 business days after order date. Processing times may vary.

What day of the month will I be charged?

Every month on the original purchase date.

Is there a cutoff date for new subscriptions every month?

No, however, our monthly special targets "refresh" around the 21st of every month so if you purchase after the 21st, you'll receive the following month's special target.

Can I pause or stop the subscription anytime? Is there a contract?

Yes! However, in order to get the subscription price, purchasers must commit to 2 months. After the 2 month commitment, you can cancel your subscription by going to your account portal and accessing your payment methods. You'll see a red button that says "Cancel My Subscription".
