GOALS 2026 Ultimate EDC Giveaway Official Rules

The Giveaway begins when the registration page goes live and ends at the close of GOALS Expo 2026. Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeping device.
Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older who may legally possess a firearm. Employees of Clinger Holsters, participating sponsors, their immediate family members, and those living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Complete the official registration form. Each eligible registration receives one entry. Bonus entries may be awarded for partner marketing opt-ins and optional SMS opt-in. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
One winner will receive the GOALS 2026 Ultimate EDC Giveaway package including a Bersa TPR9C pistol, Clinger Holsters carry system and accessories, Kore Essentials belt, AXIL hearing protection, and additional sponsor products. Approximate Retail Value: Over $1,100.
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
The potential winner will be contacted by email and/or phone and must respond within 48 hours. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, declines the prize, fails to complete required documentation, or cannot legally receive the firearm, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
The firearm will be transferred through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL). The winner must complete all required background checks and is responsible for any transfer fees, taxes, and legal compliance.
Acceptance of the prize grants permission to use the winner's name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes where permitted by law.
Information collected will be used to administer the Giveaway and according to the Clinger Holsters Privacy Policy. Marketing communications are optional and participants may unsubscribe at any time.
Participants release Clinger Holsters and participating sponsors from liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.
Sponsor's decisions are final. If any provision of these Official Rules is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
