The Perfect Springfield XDe Holsters
For Concealed Carry
Springfield XDe Holsters
Springfield Armory XD-E
According to Springfield Armory, their newest addition to their XD series is all of the good and none of the bad condensed into an intuitive, compact pistol, specifically designed with comfortable concealed carry in mind: the XD-E. This is the pistol Springfield Armory claims as the “most important tool in the toolbox—the hammer.”
The XD-E has a slim 1” with an active grip texture that “feels like a handshake” providing stability and comfort with a high hand beavertail and trigger guard. Springfield’s Low-Effort-Slide (L.E.S) design only requires minimal effort to manipulate slide for less slipped pulls. Their patent-pending hammer design provides four carry options and additional safety, clearly showing “gun mode.” The XD-E also includes an ambidextrous thumb safety and decocker which returns the pistol to double-action—intuitive and smooth.
The three magazines provide three different options to allow the carrier to customize the XD-E grip and increase capacity. Springfield has also included a fiber optic front sight with a low-profile combat rear sight.
When it comes to size, the XD-E has it all. The slim, tuckable profile that makes concealing the XD-E in an IWB holster smooth and effortless. The one-inch width of the entire pistol looks and feels good for concealed carry. The safety features, like the ambi thumb safety and decocking lever, provides different carry styles: single action, cocked and locked and decocked and locked.
This compact, single stack, whether in 9mm and .45ACP, provides the security and concealability of a full size without the weight. Empty the XD-E is a mere 23 ounces
